Main Features

The rollers adopts "Taper-shape" to make both ends line-speed consistent to die-inner and die-outer, so it avoids dislocation friction between rollers and dies, so that the resistance is reduced, accordingly the energy consumption reduced, die’s lifetime is enlarged. This is significant difference between the similar compression formation machinery.Raw material could be feeded in smoothly, as the rollers are all uniformly distributed.The pellet machine could adapt to different raw material, because of the center regulator structure. As different raw material needs different pression. E.g. pressure for sawdust is a little lower than that of corn stalks.The machine has a longer service life. All the rollers which are the most important part are all made from high-quality alloy steel.The dia of output is varied in 2mm/2.5mm/3mm/4mm/6mm.. You can choose different model according to your requirement.
