About the products:
* Design idea
Our ideas are from European fairy tale and the popular toys cars ideas. Playing with them, our kids is very easy to have an interesting and sweet story scene. Bring them into a nice fairy tale and make them act a story part is the most important point in our design.
* Production technology
1. Raw-material.
(1) Wood. We use the solid wood for these cars.
(2) Paint. The paint we used are passed by EN 71,they are in food class.
2. Printing technology.
This part is the life of wooden toys.
(1) We do the first smooth working as soon as the wood is cut by the moulds.
(2) We do the first printing by printing-gun with liquid paint.
(3) We do the second time smooth working to get rid of the small wooden dust.
(4) We do the second printing by printing gun with the real color of the cars.
(5) We do the third time smooth working to get rid of the small wooden dust.
(6) We do the third time smooth working to get rid of the small wooden dust.
(7) We do the fourth time printing by printing guns with the real color of the cars.
(8) We do the fourth time smooth working to get rid of the small dust.
(9) We do the fifth time printing working with the real color of the cars.
Then, we get the very nice and the top level printing effect.
3.Wheels + axes
