DFG tempered window glass
Advantages
1. Low-e glass with low U value 1.4 w/m2K to reduce heat transmittance
2. Laminated or insulated sheets for energy saving and security
3. Maintain heat in room in winter and prevent heat from ourside in summer
4. Super low crack rate 0.1 percent, much lower than international standard
5. 4 to 5 times mechanical resistance than commen float glass

Tempered window glass technology
1. Tempered glass is produced by heating annealed glass to its softening point at approximate 620°C and then cooling down suddenly by jets of cold air to form evenly compression on the surface layer of glass. Thus the mechanical strength is increased by times. The surface compression of tempered glass exceeds 90Mpa
2. Conforms to American Standards ASTM C1048, ANSIZ 97.1 1984 and BS6262.
3. Ideal for areas which call for high mechanical resistance, personal and property safety, such as glass door, architectural curtain wall, vertical windows, partition wall, and partition screen close to heat sources and violent thermal shock places.
Package
1. Seaworthy non-fumigation wooden crate reinforced by steel strip
2. Protective film between glass
