Easy use

1. Remove the cap from tube

2. Use point inside the top of cap to puncture an opening at the top of tube

3. Slowly squeeze a ball of plastic and stick on the end of the blowpipe.

4. Slowly blow through the opposite end of the balloon blower to star inflating balloon. Pinch off the balloon

with your fingertips when the balloon is fully inflated the seal the balloon.
