welding electrode E7018 is an excellent carbon steel electrode with iron powder low hydrogen potassium coating.It is used on (CCS) both AC and DC in all positions.with litte spatter,easy slag removal.beautiful shape and bead in the weld.it also has good weld ability especially for flat and flat fillet welding and has good mechanical properties of the deposited metal ,it's characteristics are that the coating contains iron power,so it has highly -efficient welding and can reduce welding layers so as to improve work efficiency.it is necessary to take off all the impurities on welding pieces prior to welding,such as rust,oil and grease,moisture and bake the electodes at about 350 for one hour.
