In accordance with GB/T5293-99 F4A2-H08A F5A2-H08MnAEquivalent to AWS-5.17 F6A2-EL12 F7A2-EM12 DESCRIPTION:    ZT.SJ302 is a kind of agglomerated flux maily of SiO2 and CaO, BIIw≈1.1,about 10-60mehs in grain size. It is suitable for AC or DC(+). It has stable are, neat bead appearance and shows good weld ability. The slag detachability is better than that of SJ301. It is suitable for the girth welding of different diameter. This flux has good anti-humidity absorption. The anti-cracking property is better than that of SJ301. With good impact toughness, it is used for the welding of the ordinary steel and other steel for boiler, pipes, etc. GUIDELINES FOR USAGE:1.Dry the flux at 300-350°C for two hours before use2.Completely remove rust,oil and dirt from the groove surface prior to welding. TYPICAL FLUX COMPOSITION RANGE(%)
