Model features: electrical or mechanical let-off, mechanical take-up, beating with four-shedding levers, electronic feeder with single or double nozzle, and the innovated big pneumatic square roller bracket, all facilitating the weaving production. Max. take-up diameter 600mm(1000m) or 1000mm (for about 2000m) if using separate rolling device. Weft insertion method: main and auxiliary nozzles plus unusual reed. Main and auxiliary nozzles controlled by electromagnetic valve. Lower cutter: Chop-cut scissors and equipped with powerful dust-collection system

This model can weave varnish cloths, laminated cloths, and CCL cloths with density of 50g m2—300g/m2,with the characteristics of low noise, smooth running, energy efficient, and cost-effectiveness
