  Flexible Jacquard Rapier Loom--JW747-3

    JW747-3 Jacquard Rapier Loom is the new type based on the type74 Rapier Loom by the raquirement of market and customers.This machien adopts new thicken wallboard to make the rack more stable, and applys computer aided design to make the weft insertion mechanism to suit the narrow loomed series, all the more suit for the broad loomed series of above 200cm. Its weft dynamic process is  relatively small, handover is reliable, the variety adaptability is good. For its large inner room, it is suitable for special variety, such as jean,canvas,broad loomed coverlet jacquard cloth, etc.

 

Characteristics:

1. Thicken new type of big wall board, change from initial 68 kg into 120kg, make the whole rack more novelty, stable. Its shake decrease more, especially suit for weaving heavy fabric;

2. Rockshaft installation cancels the traditional rockshaft sleeve hanger, directly manufacture rockshaft hole site on the new wallboard. Installation is convenient, never shift, is beneficial to the inreasing of beating up.
