(SDHH)is the first and only Smart Card IC substrate manufacture in China, which has the state of art production equipment and advanced quality and reliability inspection instruments. The company is designed to produce 4 billion units per year. SDHH is located at Zibo national high tech industry development zone.

SDHH has adopted ISO/IEC standard as a product design and reliability standard. SDHH has obtained a 1st stage approve and agreement from the national standard committee team to use SDHH’s company smart card IC substrate product specification as a national standard.
