supercell air floatation:

Dissolver air floatation is that air is dissolved under pressure in the liquid which is then released to atmospheric pressure is tube . as the microscopic air bubbles come out of solution in cell , they attach to the suspended solids n the surface in liquid , causing them to floatation to the surface , then solids are separated from liquid .

Supercell air floatation system advantages:

1, designed by shallow cell theory , zero velocity theory and new dissolved air process ;

2, short retention time , only 3-5 minutes surface capacity is 9.6-12m3/m2h , square small

3, the cell depth is only 600-800 mm

4, solids consistency of sludge is 3-5%, removing rate of suspended solids is to 98%, suspended solids consistency of processed water is less than 30mg/l
