Dazhang® magnesite filter press has the following characteristics:
1. The structure adopts AIO automatic welding. The solder side is flattening, the weldjoint is solid, they can service longer and without any distortion.
2. The mainbeam is processed by sand blasting to improve mechanical properties of surface, thereby gain a better wear resistance, extended its service life.
3. It could realize automatic pressure maintainance by pressure. Hydraulic pistons are made by steel 45 after surface processing with feature of high hardness.
4. Plates are made from reinforced polypropylene, it has high elastic modulus, high strength, high heat distortion temperature, good chemical resistance and good dimensional stability.
5. Filter cloth is specially processed to avoid leakage. Two pieces of filter cloth are united in their central orifices, they could encase the whole plate to insure perfect filtrate effect.
6. Auto plate shifting system features easy operation, low noise and simple maintenance.
