Liquid-surface corving ball with edge /water treatment:
Liquid-surface covering ball:
Liquid surface covered by the ball from polypropylene (PP) injection is made, there are two models of this product: I type as a foam float, II-type solid core of foam ball (energy-saving ball).
The ball is mainly used for covering the upper surface covers over the role. Such as: storage tank for the acid-base, you can prevent the acid-base gas spills, evaporation, reducing the external acid-base gas, environmental pollution, and conservation role of acid-base materials; for desalting water, so that air and water separation can reduce the air of CO2, O2 and dust and other impurities of the desalted water pollution and ensure water quality. Acid, applied to all kinds of horizontal storage tanks, water treatment in the condensate storage tanks, desalination water tanks, large degree of reduction of acid mist in the air of carbon dioxide and oxygen to the water pollution, to protect water quality, energy conservation, clean environment effect. Usage: Will cover the use of the ball according to the number of the surface area by adding the liquid, covering the ball naturally arranged structured to cover in a liquid surface, the edge of other sealing materials can be sealed.
Material specification and chemical resistance:
Polypropylene: Able to withstand continous working temperature of up to 110 degree celsius. Suitable for contact with most chemical used in the metal treatment industry.
High Density Polythylene: Suitable for warking conditions up to 80 degree celsius. HDPE is recommonded for all external applications due to its enhanced resistance to freezing condition. Black Ultra Violet stabilising additives prevent the degrading effects of sunlight. HDPE is also recommended for demineralised water and Chromic acid applications.
PVDF: This is material offers significant increases in operating temperatures up to 160 degree celsius providing resistance to many aggressive chemicals where alternative plastics would fall.
