Rotary disc filters can provide a comparatively large filter area that takes up only a very small floor-space. 1:Application of fiber rotating disc filter(1):Waste Water Deeper TreatmentWeishi Fiber rotary disc screening can safely and effectively remove the suspended solids SS, combined with the right amount of pharmaceutical dosage can remove part of the phosphorus, COD and other pollutants, realize the deeper treatment and arrive at SS≤10mg/L and P<0.5mg/L.(2):Water ReuseThrough fiber rotary disc screening treatment, waste water can be used for farm irrigation, landscape and industrial water, sustainable solutions for recycling of wter resources and environmental water problem.(3):Industrial UseWeishi fiber rotary disc screening break the traditional filtering methods and precipitation processes, effectively used in a variety of industrial wastewater treatment and industrial using water preparation, such as:Steel plant, power plant cooling water treatment,Paper and pulp production industry,Food processing, chemical industry.2:Weishi fiber rotary disc filter working principle(1):Discharge of sewage processed through the secondary settling tank under the gravity (or pump pressure) firstly enter the tank cofferdam, realize the even water distribution through water inlet cofferdam which make minimum impact on disc filter and keep static filteration.(2):After water distribution under the performance of water pressure, filtered clean water goes into the filter plate frame, subsequently pass the water hole in arc connection parts and in hollow water axis,finally flow into the hollow water shaft,through the wall outflow reach the adjustable cofferdam outlet.(3):Fiber cloth filter automatically stick under the water pressure to the fabric to form a dense layer of the filter, the suspended solids gradually accumulate on the surface, the cloth is made of good hydrophobic nylon,  polyester fiber materials so suspended solids are difficult to bond, the filter plate is a vertical design, suspended solids are easy to get deposition to the bottom. The suspended solids will turn into sludge after deposited at bottorm for some time, PLC will reguarly open the electric control valve with connection to sludge discharge pipe, anti-suction pump can draw out the bottom sludge, the sludge can pass the suction pipe hole into the discharge pipe and finallly be discharged out.(4):With the conduct of the filter, the suspended solids gradually block fiber filter cloth, filtered water become less, once the tank water level exceeds the set value, the level meter will send signal to the PLC, PLC will start electric valve,anti-suction pump connected with connnection pipe,the filter plates on both sides will perform anti-suction under negative pressure, at this moment, the deorganized,criss-cross and close to bottom fiber silk will be combed into same direction,filter fiber silk will turn from dense layer filter state into a fluffy anti-suction vertical state, the deposition of sludge on the filter cloth was successfully sucked out.(5):During anti-suction process, the drive motor can drive the driving mechanism  and finally drive the entire hollow water axis and the arc connection to make filter plate slowly rotating, the rotating filter plate complete anti-suction process after rotating filter finish revolution, then the PLC will stop just completed  electric valve of the pumping process, open another electric valve to perform the suction process of a rotating filter plate, until all the filter plate cleaning finished, a full anti-suction precoss is completed. Anti-suction pump will pump out the sludge  and transport them by sewage pump sewage water to the front waste water treatment system for processing again.3: Technical Data
