2 Features of CN-HDUF6060—T5
1) The only PP dry membrane manufacturing technology in China, which is advantageous for membrane transportation and usage. Long-lasting hydrophilcity and enhanced anti-fouling ability make these membranes especially capable in frequent disuse occasions.
2) Chemical modification of the PP membrane surface is adopted to increase its hydrophilcity. Furthermore, physical modification by modulating pressure, temperature and drawing intensity can permanently change the hydrophilcity of the membrane surface.
3) Chemical and physical modification of the membrane endows the pores with elasticity, and they can expanse during backwashing to make the backwashing more thoroughly, thus increasing the anti-fouling ability of the membrane.
4) Unique circular design in backwashing inlet avoids a large amount of water lashed on the membrane and makes the backwashing well-distributed.
