LZ Metal Tube Chemical Rotameter / variable area Flow Meter
Introduction
LZ steel rotor pipeline flow meter is reliable equipment which has simple structure, wild using range, high accuracy and low cost. The flow meter is available in local visual reading, data transmissible, anti-corrosion and explosive-proof types. It is wildly used for liquid & gas measuring and control in national security, chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, and light industrial. metal tube chemical rotameter
The sensors of the equipment are available in stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti), MoTi II (0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti) and PTFE. Other special materials are available for order, in order to measure corrosive fluid, i.e. Chlorine, Salt, Hydrochloric Acid, Nitric Acid and Sulfuric Acid.
Data output in standard signal, it can be fitted with DDZ-III electrical unit for computer control, implement comprehensive control.
Measuring theory
The float moves when fluid flow through cone pipeline from bottom to top. It stay still when buoyancy A, damping force W equal the weight of float G. The position of float stands for current flowing rate. It moves needle which fitted with two magnets, which shows current flowing rate.
