The order of this production line

The production line includes the following equipments:

First part: Air compressor (alternate using)       2 sets  

Or screw compressor                1 set    

Second part: Air tank                        1 set    the volume is 0.4 M3

Third part: The oven for heating               1 set    

Forth part: SJ-45 single screw extruder          2 sets

Fifth part: Mould                            2 sets  

Sixth part: Takein/Receiver machine            1 set   

Seventh part: Cutting machine                 1 set

Eighth part: Controller                       2 sets

Ninth part: Cleaning box for the mould         1 set (the cleaning box is used for the moulds on the extruder ,the holes on the mould might be blocked by pp material)
