Process Flow-show:
Directly put the waste into the reactor,catalysis and pyrolysis the tyre ,then output the oil gas,the oil gas will go through the condensor and be liquified to be oil some part of the oil gas which cannot be liquified will be burned as fuel to heat the reactor directly through the waste gas burning system.After finishing the process,the carbon black will discharge by carbon black door.
