Advanced electronic ballast Stable electronic ballast provided, power factor over 0.95; Electronic ballast module is separated from disinfection module and control system, sealed in cabinet individually, installed indoor-outdoor.
Intelligentized humane controller Control cabinet is controlled on site or remotely monitored through HCI, and the operator can control randomly, including on and off UV lamp monitor, operating condition and timing, UV intensity, etc. Also can exchange data with central control by Eternet or PROF I BUS-DP module.
Alarm System In the event of an alarm indication, the operator is advised of specific information that what faults and where is it, even clearly identifies the precise lamp loop.
UV detector UV detector is installed below the water, made of stainless steel 316. Each group module allocates one UV detector to transmit UV intensity data, function in monitoring wastewater transmittance and continuous change in UV output.
Automatic wiper system Scale on surface of UV lamp has great impact on germicidal effect, and UV intensity declines drastically. Automatic cleaning system is driven by compressed air.
Advantage: Reliable, clean and environmental.
Notes: Regular cleaning is favorable to keep germicidal efficiency of UV sterilizer. When in operation, some suspended substance (e.g. algae, plastic) could be easily flushed off easily.
Water level controller Unpowered gravity-flow type
Advantage: Apply the top overall mode to control level, the head loss is smallest. When the flow is zero, the lowest water level guarantees that all lamps shall be submerged, reliable operation and little investment.
Equipment maintenance crane Individual module could be lifted out of water for UV sterilizer's installation and maintenance, without interrupting the performance of other UV modules. Only by maintaining or replacing wrong UV module, the system will return to normal operation.
UV intensity sensor online real time monitoring output intensity of UV disinfection system. Provide alarming signal for prompt response when radiant intensity decreases to the customer's allowable setting.

Water quality: TSS namely total suspended substance, industrial sewerage type and proportion.
Outlet water quality requirements: namely discharged water standard: Wastewater pretreatment technology before using UV sterilizer. Required microorganism condition for discharge.
