I.The characterization of biogas plant
1. The biogas digester of double diaphragms is made of high-strengthened, high-elastic synthetic engineering diaphragm and of perfect anti-acid and anti-corrosion ability. Its capacity of absorbing the ambient heat and storing it is 30 % higher than that of other material.
2. The biogas digester is made by adopting a technology of combining internal digester and external protector. In this way, it not only minimizes the possibility of doing damage to the internal digester, prolong its life span, and also create a complete oxygen-free room for anaerobic microorganisms to do fermentation, which in return increases the biogas output ratio.
3. Compared with the cement biogas tank, it has the advantages as follows:
Airproof performance
Sealant is unnecessary, for it is of excellent airproof performance to guarantee an anaerobic fermenting situation, and is very easy to check for leakage.
No crust
Crust is not prone to be formed, circulating automatically under the influence of pressure and fall to stir the fermenting material
Feed inlet and outlet
It is easy to add material. Open the ball valve to discharge the waste.
Technicians required
It is easy to build pits. The skill of building pits is easy to master, so there is no need to train the workers.
Maintenance
It is convenient to maintain and replace the equipments. If it is broken, you can maintain immediately by yourself.
Safety
It is equipped with the reducer and the fire-resistant device to keep it from exploding and free of backfire, and people won’t fall into it.
Cost
It is about 1/3 of that of building a concrete or cement biogas digester.
Life Span: more that ten years
