Anti-coccidial Poultry Medicine 99% Nicarbazin
1. Description :
Nicarbazin is a synthetic broad spectrum chemical anti-coccidial for prevention and control of coccidiosis in broilers. It is designed for continuous prophylactic use in broiler chickens. Its protective action occurs on Day 5 in the life cycle of the developing coccidia, so there is minimal tissue damage. Nicarbazin interferes with mitochondrial metabolism and inhibits oocyst production. It is a broad spectrum anticoccidial medicine for the prevention of coccidiosis caused by E.tenella, E.acervulina, E.maxima, E.necartrix and E.brunetti.
Nicarbazin can also be combined with ionophores such as Maduramicin Ammonium to offer a better coccidia control in shuttle programs. Nicarbazin has been approved for prevention and control of coccidiosis in broilers in many countries.
