A special wedge style swallow tail guide way structure is being used between the slips and the plug to make no abrasion between the seal surface during opening and closing procedure. All the metal surfaces which may contact with the products are be plated with the rust-free abrassion-proof chrome.

The double block and bleed structure are used to block upstream and downstream synchronously, and each surface has two kinds of seals style, soft seal and hard seal. The soft seal guarantees the valves's zero leakage which the hard seal protects the soft seal and with the fireproof function.

The seal parts abrasion means the life of avalve, as there's no abrasion for the guide way valve during the slips turning, so the life only depends on the rubber's aging speed, so it prolongs the using life.

The main seal slip only connects with the pluf through the swallow tail guide way. In case changing the damaged seal parts is needed, it's no need to be dismounted the valve from pipeline but only dismounted and move down the base plate, then draw out the old slips and change into a new one, then fit on the base plate.
