Test Method:The length of hoses is 30±1 inches(762±25mm ), excluding installation part.Clip both ends of the sample hose to the two mandrels of the distortion testing machine,then test them at a 30±2 r/min of rotation speed till they appear fracture or to the fixed endpoint. Breakage of the hose began to tearing, perforating, or reinforcing ribs breaking, or the lining of the hose or liner damage to the circle, or above mixing circumstances. Record broken time for the first time or the cycle times when to the fixed endpoint, fracture type, ambient temperature, sample descriptions and the number of test samples.
