We all know the HOT HEAT is the killer of a led bulb.So how to lower down

the tempeture of the led is the main concern. CCB use 93% pure aluminium alloy

to transfer HEAT from led to the outside. Some other factories use 50%-60% aluminium alloy shell or even they use plastic shell to cost down. At that condition the heat is blocked inside. Do you really believe its lumen decay will be slow and it can reach 50,000 or 80,000hrs. Let's see CCB led bulb shell and the other factories shell:

CCB led bulb is designed by using famous brand chip, and the top grade series big chip inside to reach a high brightness and high color rendering Index, also the high efficiency . All our chip and leds are with LM-79 and LM-80 test report. Our chip efficiency is up to 125Lm/W and up to 85Ra (±5).The others only 90Lm/W and color render index only 65Ra. 3-- from Led bulb led quantities:

CCB Led bulb is designed by more led quanities. So our led bulb are with a higher

lumen output than others. For 7W as example, we use 18 leds and the others use

14 leds. Our lumen output is 650Lm, the others only 500-550Lm. Please check the following photos below:

CCB Led bulb is designed by insulated power design with high PFC, high efficiency and famous IC and electronics. The other use cheap electronics and even non-insulated power design which may cause risk of shock human. Please check the following photo below:
