Thermoplastic Polyurethane Elastomer
ELECTROSTATIC RESISTANCE TE-89 is a type of Antistatic Thermoplastic Elastomer Resin pellet (TPE/TPR) that can be crosslink with varies type of foaming plastic materials such as EVA, PE, EPDM and POE plus other rubber materials. When they are mixed and created through injection, extrusion, or foaming, it can create long lasting electrostatic resistance products with enhance abrasion, impact absorption ability and slip resistance properties thus help diversify application and creation of products. Furthermore, it can be easily pigmented which help increases the variability of the final product.
TE-89 can be use to adjust base material’s softness and hardness to create excellent feel that has characteristic of rubber-like material with similar texture and hardness and be considered as a Eco-fridendly type of polymer composites. FEATURE GSE-99 (TPE/TPR) can be use in injection, molding, and physical bridging procedure.
TE-89 (TPE/TPR) only need tooccupy 40% of the total raw ingredients, to have the final product to carry out anti-electrostatic resistance ability that will last at least two years. TE-89 (TPE/TPR)offers a rare unique feature for anti-electrostatic type of material where it can easily be dyed thus increase the variability of the final products.
APPLICATION
This TPE resin can be applied in electronics, sports equipment and consumer products. Or be add into other material for anti-electrostatic resistance. More recommand application can be TPR sole, sports TPR sole, injection TPR sole, or Yoga mat TPE. SPECIAL NOTE In order to achieve full physical properties a very small proportion amount of cross link (additive) agent VG-301 will need to be add into your TE-89 formulation.
