YCB012 has low cubic boron nitride content and small graininess structure, and it has the hardness of HV3200- HV3500, good heat stability and relatively lower thermal conductivity. It is mainly using in quenched steel(HRC45-65) high speed and high precision continuation or slight interrupted turning cutting.

It is recommended to using dry cutting.

YCD011 is of middle graininess structure and has the high hardness of HV7000, great wear resistance and heat conductivity. It is mainly using

in high speed & high precision & high efficiency cutting of non-ferrous metal(Al,Cu),and nonmetal(ceramics, woods & reinforced plastics).

It has a good generality.
