1. soft closing, can support 4kgs
2. more than 80000 cycles
3. pass TUV test, ISO9001/14001
4. stainless steel, high class
We owe 15 yeas experiences in silicone oil rotary damper, and we always control the quality from the very original material.
LF-33, ROTARY DAMPER, OPERATION ANGLE 110°, CLOCKWISE OR COUNTER CLOCKWISE, STAINLESS STEEL, 8-30 KGF.CM \BLK
1/ Design Torque:
3700-3800 damper 1.6 N.m.
1400-1700 damper 2.6 N.m.
2/ Damper units not to contain: Cadmium, Mercury, Lead, Chromium VI, PBB, PBDE (RoHS banned substances)
3/ Closing Time Test
Testing to be performed in conditions 20 +/-2degrees C and 65 +/- 5 % Relative Humidity. Damper to be stored in thisenvironment a minimum of 2 hours before testing.Set up torque arm to apply the design torque tothe damper (as per above)Position 1: Measure the closing time from aposition of 70 degrees to 0 degrees (where 0 degrees is the closed position). Theclosing time should be in the range of 6 to 12 sec.Position 2: Measure the closing time from aposition 15 degrees to 0 degrees (where 0 degrees is the closed position). Theclosing time should be 0.4 sec or more.Repeat the closing time test for both positions on30 dampers and record the results.4/ High Temperature test –
Expose damper to an atmosphere of 50+/-5 degreesC for 96 hours. Remove damper and store at 20 +/-2 degrees C and 65 +/- 5 %Relative Humidity for 1 hour.Perform closing time test at design torque for that model damperDamper shall pass closing time test5/ Low Temperature test –
Expose damper to an atmosphere of -10+/-5degrees C for 96 hours. Remove damper and store at 20+/-2 degrees C and 65 +/-5 % Relative Humidity for 1 hour.Perform closing time test at design torque for that model damperDamper shall pass closing time test.6/ Humidity Test-
Expose damper to an atmosphere of 90+/-5 % RHfor 96 hours. Remove damper and store at 20 +/-2 degrees C and 65 +/- 5 %Relative Humidity for 1 hour.Perform closing time test at design torque for that model damperDamper shall pass closing time test.7/ Thermal Shock Test
Expose damper to 5 thermal shock cycles asfollows: -10 degrees C for 7.5 hrs, 20 degrees C for 0.5 hrs, 50 degrees C for15.5 hrs (24h/ cycle)Remove damper and store at 20 +/-2 degrees C and65 +/- 5 % Relative Humidity for 1 hour.Perform closing time test at design torque for that model damperDamper shall pass closing time test.8/ Life Cycle Test
Damper units to be assembled with toilet seatand tested on open /close cycle tester. Machine lifts ring and cover to above70 degrees and allows ring and cover to fall to fall to 0 degrees beforestarting the next cycle.Lid and cover to pass 50,000 cycles withoutdamage or breaking of dampers. If slow close time falls below 2 sec (for ringor cover) before 50,000 cycles are complete this is considered a failure.Rotary damper
