STATIC LOAD TEST: On the closed cover :

­          Put a minimum mass of 150 kg during 3 minutes and evenly distributed load on a surface of 200 cm2 at the centre of the cover.

 

RESISTANCE TEST

-          Fix the toilet seat cover on a surface made of similar material to ceramic (that is very hard matter).

-          The toilet seat cover must open with a minimum angle of 98° w/o any resistance.

-          Opening and closing several times (5 times) should be done without any noise.

-          Open the toilet seat cover with a angle of 75°, the seat cover should be closed within 5 – 20 seconds;

-          Open the whole toilet seat (cover + ring) with a angle of 75°, the seat should be closed within 5 – 20 seconds;

-          Open the whole toilet seat (cover + ring), and leave the seat ring with a angle of 75°, the ring should be closed within 5 – 20 seconds;
