2>Production Flow:
The titanium sponge is compacted as the electrodes blocks by 2000t forging oil press and the electrodes blocks is welded in the vacuum plasma welding chamber. Ingots are manufactured by double or triple melt in 3t self-consumable VAR Furnace. Their surfaces are subjected to machining. After that, the ingots are subjected to ultrasonic testing and quality inspection.
