Features of ASA Composite Resin Tile
Extraordinary thermal preservation and thermal insulation: The coefficient of heat conductivity is 0.325w/m.k., which is 1/310 of that of clay tile, 1/5 of that of cement tile, and 1/2000 of that of 0.5mm thickness color steel tile.

Strong fire resistance: According to GB8624-2006 standard detection conducted by the state authoritative department of fire prevention, its fire proofing performance is ≥ Class B .
Good resistance to impact: A test shows that the tile doesn’t crack after 1KG steel ball falls on it from 3 meters high. Moreover, the resistance to impact under low temperature is also very outstanding.
Long life and Lasting color: It has about 30 years life and it is able to maintain its color even under long term exposure to such severe conditions such as ultraviolet radiation, dampness, heat and coldness. According to the application result in such areas with intensive sunlight like Arizona and Florida, this product is able to ensure for 10-15 years of color change of ΔE≤ 5.
Excellent load-carrying ability: In cold area, the roofing tile is not damaged or cracked if covered by snow all years. The test shows that the roofing neither cracks nor be damaged when the supporting spacing is 660 mm and 150 kg of load is applied.
