This is new design of cotton waste recycling mahcine.opening machine with automatic backing system connect directly with cleanning machine,then no need feed box. It can deal with cotton yarn waste,hard waste,denim clips and other cotton waste,output is good quality cotton fiber which can be used for open end spinning

1.It is composed of one unit cotton opener and a set of four or six-roller cleaning machine

2.It requires that the length of workshop is 20 meters, height is not lower than 4 meters.  The width is not less than 2 meters.

3.It needs 2 or 3 people to operate the equipment.

4.The output of this equipment is 120-150kg/h
