Applications:
WAW Series Hydraulic Universal Tensile Testing Equipment is manufactured by my factory, be used to complete mechanical performance tests of metal materials, non-metallic materials and its components, such as tensile strength, compression, bending, shear and so on. Test force, displacement, deformation, stress and strain have been closed loop control, can be independently edited control mode. Hundreds of built-standard mode, do standard data analysis is fully in accordance with the requirements, and can print the test results and network transmission.
Features:
1. Use microcomputer control digital broad screen electro-hydraulic digital valve, driven precision hydraulic cylinders, and a variety of modes of automatic control for test force, displacement and deformation. Complete on the tensile, compression, bending test and other tests according with international standards.
2. Host machine using hydraulic cylinders mounted under the structure, power adjust test space and transmission installed in the bottom of the test machine, smooth transmission; upper and lower jaws seat is fully open structure, automatic hydraulic clamping system, convenient for clamping specimen and more stability.
3. Transfer gap mechanism make moving beam have more reasonable position and force state.
4. Related accessories can complete sample test of reinforced steel hinge line, cable, fasteners, concrete, etc.
5. Hydraulic clamping device can independently adjust the clamping speed (according to customer requirements configured jog clamping device)
6. Independently choose the load sensor or oil pressure sensor, and effectively improve the accuracy of the test range and force value.
7. Cylinder mounted under the structure, to reduce host machine’s height and test focus of gravity, to reduce machine damage of breaking impact.
8. Optoelectronic encoder accurately measure beams moving distance.
9. Integrated oil source design make whole structure more compact and reasonable, reduce floor space.
10. Provide manual and automatic dual control system, you can independently choose the mode of operation.
11. Built-in control card based on PCI technology, reduce connection and improve test real-time control ,real-time acquisition functions and product stability.
