Principle of bimetal thermometer: Weld and fix one of bimetal sheet which has been wound into spiral tube. Another end connects, it also variates bimetallic element curvature. Indicator needle shaft spurs on pointer for deflection, therefore it indicates the temperature variation in dial scale.

Themperature range is as follows:-60~40C, -40~60C, -20~80C, 0~50C, 0~100C, 0~150C, 0~200C, 0~300C, 0~400C, 0~500C, 0~600C.
