The main material and technology

The Main material is synthesized by the environmental protection type rubber, Vulcanized agent, accelerator, antioxidant, mould proof agent, ultraviolet ray absorbent, pigment and plasticizer, etc. The process includes increasing the density, squeezing, revenue stamping, high temperature vulcanization and foaming (an international advanced technology), and side-cutting. It is 9 to 20mm thick.

Advantages :

Excellent physics function, its tensile strength and elongation are several times more than polyurethanes. Being stamped by the precast die, the surface of the layer is skip-proof and the particles are uneasily to shell. And the thickness is quite uniform.
