Triple Insulated glass 

Insulated glass is made of three or more pane of glass between which aluminum/warm edge spacer is filled with NATERGY 3A molecular sieve. The edge of spacer is sealed by high strength sealing sealants P.I.B. (Double sealing: Butyl used for the first sealing, Kommerling polysulfide rubber or silicon structural sealants should be chosen according to purpose)

Optical performance

Various glass substrates can be used for Insulated glass to meet the request of sunlight transmission and reflection. In general, the range of sunlight transmission rate is 10-80%, reflection rate is 13-35%

 

Thermal Performance

Heat transfer coefficient U value can be effectively reduced by Insulated glass, if inert gas as argon is filled; heat transfer coefficient can be further even dramatically reduced to 0.80

 

Sound insulation performance

Insulated glass is ideal sound material. Normal Insulated glass  can reduce noise by 30 dB, and Insulated glass  filled with inert gas can further 5 dB, Insulated glass can reduce 80 dB traffic noise to 45 dB, which is very quiet to rest

 

Anti-dew under low temperature

Insulated glass is filled with enough desiccant, it can effectively absorb the vapor in the inner space or penetrated from outside to ensure the gas in inner space is dry and would not dew above -40°C

 

Applications

Windows and doors, ceiling, partition of buildings; sound insulation is utmost importance, like school, hospital, office building, airport, and hotel; also applied for refrigeration appliance, aircraft, ships, etc.
