Q: 2.)Can you also do custom hand puppets?
A: Yes we can. Please send us through your artwork, drawing, sketch or cartoon and we’ll see what we can whip up for you!
Q:3.) Do you a minimum order quantity for each soft toy or plush toy?
A:We are real factory, We have no minimum orders required. You can order from 1 soft toy or plush toy to as many as you want!
Q:4.) How do we determine the price of each custom made soft toy or plush toy?
A:This is dependent on the complexity of the artwork, drawing, sketch or cartoon provided; and the estimated time required to source fabric and materials required to make your soft toy or plush toy. The general price range for a custom hand made soft toy is from USD0.5 up to USD60 or more. We aim to manufacture our soft toys and plush toys to match as closely as possible to your artwork, drawing, sketch or cartoon (> 90% similarity).
Q:5.) Can I have my company name or logo on my custom plush?
A: Yes. We can add your logo on your plush toys in various ways. We can make your logo on the t-shirt/belly/feet of your toy by silk screening or embroidery. All of these details will be discussed during the prototype stage. Furthermore every Promo Bears plush toy comes with a personalised sewn in label. We can print your company logo and/or url and/or character name on the label.
Q:6.)What kind of materials are used to make each soft toy or plush toy?
A: Our experienced design group will determine what kinds of different fabric and materials that are required to match your artwork, drawing, sketch or cartoon. The fabric and materials used may range from cotton, polyester, buttons, beads, fleece, velvet, wool and more. We take extreme care to use only the highest quality materials possible for each soft toy, and we have a comprehensive quality assurance process that is carried out after completion of each soft toy. Each softie is stuffed with hypoallergenic 100% polyester fiberfill. Where possible, we can work with you to determine the level of padding that you require inside the soft toy or plush toy. Our soft toys are designed and made for children and all ages 3 years and up.
Q:7.)Can I choose what kind of materials are used to make my soft toy or plush toy?
A: Yes,you can,Generally, our softie makers will choose individual fabric and materials to match the colour and design of your character or object. Where practical, it may be possible for us to use fabric or materials requested by you, but this is not always possible either due to practicality, supply or safety reasons. We only use fabric and materials which are considered to be safe and non-harmful in the design and construction of our soft toys and plush toys.
Q:8.)How long does it take to make my soft toy or plush toy and samples?
A: We generally require a minimum of three working weeks to complete your big order and four working days for sample. However, urgent orders may be able to be fulfilled more quickly where possible. We need to source individual fabric and materials that are required to make your custom soft toy and design your soft toy based upon the artwork, drawing, sketch or cartoon provided. Finally, our design team will hand make your soft toy or plush toy.
Q:9.)Do you make soft toys or plush toys for corporate needs, promotional gifts and weddings?
