Inner is galvanized wire or black wire, then by plastic coated 

 

Available color:

green, blue, black, white, red etc

Inner diameter:

1.0 mm---4.0 mm, diameter after PVC coating:1.5mm--5.0mm

 

Application:

The most popular use for PVC coated wire is in the construction of chain link fences for industrial security fences, freeways and tennis courts. It is also used in other applications such as coat hangers and handles.

 

First procedure:

All the wire materials are tested before being further processed.

The next producing  procedure:

drawing, annealing, decompounding, straightening, cutting, ring bending, galvanizing, plastic-coating, and spooling.
