The Technological Process:

Moving coil→setting coil→uncoiling→shearing and butt welding→horizontally guiding→feeding→storing→discharging(electric control system and hydraulic system)→forming→welding→sizing→flying saw→run out table on the roll way.  

 

The Description of Product: 

1. The accumulator plays the part of storing and feeding in the production line of ERW and cold continuous rolling, is the necessary equipment to ensure continuous production. The strip enter accumulator incessantly in the production process, and then continuously feeding from the accumulator to the tube-welding machine or the continuous mill. When replacing the coil, cutting front-end and back-end, after butt welding, rapidly supply the strip to the accumulator, and the storage of accumulator become more and more. So the accumulator can always ensure continuous feeding of the tube-welding machine and the continuous mill, raise the passing rate and labor productivity of the tube-welding machine and the continuous mill.

 

2.  It is suit for the steel strip, which width:150-600mm,thickness:1.0-5.5mm.

 

The component of equipment

Strip accumulator:Including the following(1)-(5)

(1)Low overturn tray:

It is made up of bracket, level roller and vertical roller. Bracket is steel structure. Level roller and vertical roller are ø54mm steel pipe. Bearing model:6005-Z. Level roller supports strip steel auxiliarily, and vertical roller can adjust and guide the strip, it is suit for the bandwidth:150-500mm.

(2)Flattening & feeding machine:

The two-axic clamping and feeding type flattening& feeding machine is made up of driving, clamping, blocking roller and base. The rotation part includes gear box and universal coupling. The base is steel structure. It is suit for bandwidth≤500mm. With the pneumatic brake and the motor 30KW.

(3) Accumulator:

Used for storing, loading and unloading and driving the strip, made up of the power part, inside track, vertical roller, level roller, outside track blocking roller, feeding blocking roller. The rotation part includes motor, gear box and universal coupling.

(4)High overturn tray:

Comprised of bracket, level roller and vertical roller. Bracket is steel structure. Level roller and vertical roller are  ø54mm steel pipe. Bearing model:6005-Z.Level roller supports strip steel auxiliarily , and vertical roller can adjust and guide the strip it is suit for the bandwidth≤600mm.

(5) Electric control box:
