 XW-5 steel is a high carbon, high chromium alloy steel containing tungsten, its characteristics are:

·Excellent wear resistance

·High compressive strength

·High surface hardness after the single hardware

·Good hardenability

·Good stability

·Good temper softening resistance

Applicable to long-life mold processing, and maintenance costs are low in the production process, has good economic benefits.

Factory state: annealing to about HB240 (highest)
