Painted with plastics of steel is the high-grade of colored coated&galvanized steel varieties.Generally galvanized steel is commonly used as the substrate,coating and baking the back,front side  are formed after priming coating--hot drying--adhesive coating--baking hot laminating--cold laminating,to become the  filmed strips.

Performance: Positive primer dry film thickness of 3-5 um PVC or PET material with high light film.High light film thickness(usually) 100-130 um.
