3, Thermal treatments: 

    General blue annealing: lower the hardness of the material, convenient for later processing

    Spheroids annealing: improve the homogenization and abrasive resistance of the materials.

4, Production technology: the forging of bearing steel requires high quality; the quantity and distribution of phosphor and sulfur should be strictly controled; and so is the quantity of air; ESR after electrosmelting, vacuum melting, and onsumable electrode vacuum furnaces are widely used.
