Pre-heat treatment of 1.2379 steel sheet

1.Ingot and billet tempering technology: heat temperature870-890°c, keep temperature 2-4H, furnace cold below, out and air cold.2.Steel is thermal technology: heat temperature 840-860°c, keep temperature 2H, furnace to 720-740°c, keep 4H, furnace cold below 550°c, out and air cold, tempering hardness 207-255HBS.

 

 

 

Characteristic of 1.2379 steel sheet:1. High harden ability, hardened, high wear resistance.2. High-temperature oxidation resistance is good, and after quenching and polishing corrosion resistance is excellent, small deformation after heat treatment. Application of 1.2379 steel sheet:Suitable for impact and extrusion molds of high output, thread twisting molds, molds for ceramics, molds for electric circuit plates and plastic molds of high output.
