Anneal temperature: 840-860

Relief annealing temperature: 720-760

Hardening temperature: 1200-1235

Hardening medium: salt bath under 600,aslo use oil cooling or air cooling

Normal temper temperature: 540-560RC Rockwell Hardness after hardening and temper: 64-67

Characteristic:Tungsten-molybdenum high speed steel, better performance of hardness, red hardness, thermoplasticity, machinability than W6Mo5Cr4V2 . Weak in impact  toughness and intensity.

Application: Used in making tools for stock-removing machine and high temperature resistant tools with vibrationshockload
