We mainly manufacture steel grades: carbon steel, alloy structure steel, spring steel, bearing steel and tool steel with more than 200 grades, as well as complying with AISI, SAE, ASTM, and DIN standards. And our main specification is from Φ260mm to Φ800mm for forged round bar. Width 200-800mm × thickness 200-800mm for forged square bar and flat bar. The rate of width and thickness is less than 2:1 (width : thickness ≤2:1). The bar’s generally length 4-5.8 meters.

For customers special require, we can do the bar’s length 16 meters Max ; Diameter tolerance: -0/+3mm . Straightness: 2mm/M . Delivery condition: Hot forged+Rough machined+Normalized or black surface annealed , Q+T etc. UT test: As per SEP 1921-84 Class C/c , GBT 6402-91 standard or other standard. Forging reduction ratio: 4: 1minimum. Mill test certificate: As per EN10204/3.1. B or according customer require.
