We can work from your drawings or a sample of the product or our expects can design your spring base on the information provided. We have the capability to work in wire size range from 0.15mm to 20mm.

1. Raw materials: high cabon steel, stainless, musicwire etc.

2.We posseses a whole set of CNC manfacturing and testing equipment ranging from wire tensile strength tester, short  peering machine, deburring machine, magnetic power flaw detector and compression tester.

3.The treatments of this extension spring: polishing, zinc plating, nickel plating, throme plating, power coating, e-coating, dip coating.
