Supply complete sets of kettle mechanical sealing 

1. Before the order , we should check some data of corollary equipment such as the shaft diameter ,pressure,temperature ,rotate speed , sealing medium,rotation 

2. Choose the related mechanical sealing and material depend on the data .

3. If the using pressure is more than 0.8MPa , it needs to equip compensator 

4. If the temperature of medium more than 180°C, we should choose the double-cooling equipment .

5. Axial movement of axis can be in ±0.5mm , radial swing ≤0.5mm

6. the non-perpendicularity between flange on mechanical sealing and axis ≤0.05mm

7. The shaft manufacturing tolerance on the mechanical sealing part is D4 roughness 

8. Before manufacture it needs 24 hours water test after installing mechanical sealing .
