KM385BD-130 generator set model,24KW/3000rpm diesel engine
2.Main Functions
Power generation: provides 20 KW three-phase 380v power and single-phase 220v power, suitable for working of 4.0 welding electrode.
Air compression; provides compressed air with pressure of 1.5 Mpa and displacement of 1.05M3/min,suitable for conditions of tire inflation and removing tire screws, etc.
Hoisting in van: realize exchange of assemblies in and out the van

4.Working condition
Working condition1:the generator works continuously for 1h,with fuel consumption of 1.6L.Engine power output transmitted to the generator ,power generating 20KW with full power toprovide power for electric welding machine and high power equipment;
Working condition2:the generator and the air compressor work continuously for 1h,with fuel consumption of 1.8L. The transition hand clutch is engaged, and the engine power output is divided into two ways:
1.transmitted to the generator to provide power for low power equipments; in this case, the generator pulley of working condition 1 idles.
2.transmitted to the air compressor to provide air source for the pneumatic equipments;when the pressure reaches 1.5Mpa,the solenoid valve operates,and the air compressor sends air outwards.
