4.Warranty
All of our products have one-year warranty,during the goods in your hand for one year,our company will do our best to servive you!
We guarantee that all the goods' function is OK after the production.
But during the transpotation will have a certain risk of broken, pls understand.
5.Transport method:
(1)Sample: we will use like Fedex,DHL,or UPS those international express company to sent you the sample.
(2)Mass products: We use container to load the goods as the customers order,both FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou port is OK .
6.Payment terms:
(1)Sample:T/T payment, you should pay 100% sample money to our account (Note:sample price will increase 10 %). On the other hand,you should pay the transport freight,you should also pay to our account togather.
(2)Mass Order:1.T/T, 30% deposit, (note:we start the production untill the deposit arrive in our account), then the 70% balance should be paid when seeing the B/L copy.
2.L/C: after we examine the letter of the credit and confirm that we start production.
7.Delivery time: (Under normal circumstances)
35 days after receiving the deposit.If we delay for the shipment,will pay you 0.5% /day .You have 15 days to keep the goods in our warehouse,also if delay shipping ,you should give us 0.5%/day.
