1.Description:

 

 This system is specially designed for household, villa and small area unit by our company. It consists of three parts such as heat-pipe solar collector, storage water tank, working station system etc.

 

This kind of separate pressurized solar water heater is with CE certificate. We can ensure the quality.

The white color makes the tank much cleaner and more beautiful.We use SUS304-2B food grade stainless steel as the inner tank material. It can keep the clean water as clean.

Two copper coils are inner tank. We call copper coil as heat exchanger.The bottom copper coil connects with heat pipe solar collector(s) to be a temperature difference circulation.The upper copper coil can be connected with other auxiliary heating system, such as gas boiler. Or, it can be connected with other equipment to provide the heat.

The tank can bear 6 bar pressure, and it is safer.

You can directly put the tank on the floor. Or if you like, we can install supporting feet in the bottom of the tank, so that the tank will not touch the floor.

You can put the tank everywhere you like, such as basement.

4.Working Principle:  the temperature difference circulation

 When the temperature of the heat collector reaches the set value, the controller shall start the circulation pump automatically. The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically. The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to the water tank by copper heat exchanger. In case the temperature of the water tank does not reach Tmax, then start the auxiliary heating device. In case the temperature of the circulation pump does not reach the set value, the circulation pump shall be shut down automatically
