It is a special heat exchange equipment .the media in collector to exchange the heat with the long distance sun.3.Flat plate collector is made of absorbing core ,shell ,glazed cover plate , heat preservation material ,and some related components. Absorbing core is often takes all copper and copper & aluminum as material . this collector plate is welded by copper and aluminum absorbing fin , it will get aluminum and copper together or copper and copper together , it with high efficiency as the resistance for heat is very small . otherwise ,the wall of absorbing fin is copper , it has the function for corrosion resisting, and keeps long life. After connected to the circulation passage and water tank , it will absorb solar energy and get the water hot gradually .
