A more efficient coating has been researched and applied into mass production with absorptance increase by 2%. All glass vacuum tubes are the key components of solar collectors and solar water heaters. The absorber is coated with selective surface via sputtering technology. The vacuum Layer between the envelope tube and inner tube is evacuated to virtually eliminate heat loss by conduction and convection.Each production process of vacuum tubes is under strict control, the spectrophotometer has ensured the repeatability and reproduction of the selective coating. Computer monitored out-gassing process is adopted to acquire out-gassing temperature, pressure, and duration time to control the lifetime of vacuum.Vacuum tubes are produced with lengths (mm) of 1500, 1600, 1800, 2100with diameters (mm) of 47and 58.
